Our IBA platform allows you total control of your loan file from start to finish. As an IBA, you will originate each loan using our proprietary LOS, select the lender of your choice, process your own files or use any of our approved processing vendors, and close your loan files. You will use TEN’s fully interactive and secure web portal which includes such features as:

All TEN Approved Vendors nationwide such as Lenders, Title Companies and Appraisers are just a click away. Saves time and increases your ability to originate in many states without waiting for vendor approval by TEN.
- Proprietary “Fast-Qual” System
Enables you to get “real-time” pre-quals from a variety of TEN Approved Lenders by completing a simple to use web based form and allows you the ability to target a few or many lenders with one request.
- Marketing Tools
Complete marketing tools including, but not limited to: Individual TEN website, advertising material, business cards, letterhead, newsletters and more!
- Nationwide Internal Discussion Forum
Use our discussion forum to interact and share or gain information with other TEN mortgage professionals from around the country!

IBA Compensation
Simply put, our IBA compensation structure is the most attractive and aggressive in the industry today! Each IBA on our regular IBA platform simply pays a flat monthly membership fee of $349.00, 13% Admin Fee and $99.00 per funded file.
